These terms govern the services provided by Shine Pro Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile detailing and ceramic coating business serving Mount Vernon & the Skagit Valley. By requesting or receiving services from us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide mobile detailing and ceramic coating services at your location within our service area. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a job due to weather, access, or vehicle condition.
Quotes and pricing
Estimates provided before a job are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described. Any adjustment is communicated before work proceeds.
Ceramic coating
Ceramic coating provides a durable, protective layer but does not make a vehicle impervious to damage. Results depend on paint condition, application, and ongoing care. We are not liable for pre-existing paint damage, neglect, or improper maintenance after application.
Site access
You agree to provide a safe, accessible location with adequate space for the work. If power or water is required and unavailable, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless arranged otherwise. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
